Seemed like a great deal

The case and utensils are actually pretty good overall and I have no real complaints with them. The complaint comes from the actual soldering iron and its tips. The tips seem to be rather soft and go bad quickly. The iron itself is inconsistent with its heat output. This causes issues with soldering.

Ibanez FR Iron Label FRIX7FEAH 7-String Electric Guitar W/ Hard Case

Overall a great instrument

I picked up a used Ibanez FR Iron Label FRIX7FEAH 7-String about a month ago. When it arrived I quickly set it up to my playing style and sat down with it. I love the neck and the frets were not sharp. The mat finish is very appealing and I love the glow in the dark side markers. Bridge and tuners are also top notch. I was surprised at how light the guitar is over all but the tone is still evident when unplugged. The downsides: 1. EMG pickups 2. Kill Switch 3. No tone pot I will never understand why people like EMG pickups and why they are still used. They will have to go. I will throw in two White Planet Tone Alnico Pickups. this will also match the beautiful neck binding. The kill switch will also be taken out and a tone pot will be put in its place. All in all though, I love the feel and play-ability of the piece.
