    On the fence... Reached out to the seller before purchasing, no response. After waiting 7 days, purchased out of urgency, even though it was a bit more expensive. Out of the box, the back panel of the paper tray had a broken pin, so the door doesn’t stay on (I taped, which is fine). Duplexing had issues; found a spring lodged inside upon taking all apart. Ethernet isn’t working, but Wi-Fi is fine. Wear/Cosmetic issues matches the description. Continuing to monitor in case anything else comes up.

    First, I want to thank Ebay and skpy713 for their cooperation and sending me workable HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 Printer. Please note, when I installed this Printer with my Genuine HP Cartridges, the message came: "Error: Install HP Cartridges". Therefore, I was very much concerned because previously similar thing happened about Paper. But on Aug. 31st, I decided to buy ALL 4 New Cartridges that cost me $140.17. Guess what, now it is working. Can you explain why I was penalized nearly $150?
