Didn’t fit
I tried fitting this on my G-Shock etch and it didn’t fit. It was a very close fit and i didn’t mind the non-OEM design on it but I t was not a fit on my watch. I recommend going with other models and looking closely at your original watch band before purchasing another one

Good but already known
The information in the book was more of a motivational speech to me rather than a good read. It was stuff I already knew but if you like to have things reiterated then by all means pick it up haha. Not a terrible read tho
