Easy to use, very effective.
I use it with teflon tape when working with joints in water-carrying pipes (irrigation lines, pool/spa connections, etc., plumbing). It provides added leak-proofing and keeps rubber seals from crimping during assembly. Much less messy/smelly than pipe-joint compound. Note: The same manufacturer (Aladdin) produces a 5 oz tube of the same stuff that actually sells for less. (Search for "Magic Lube" on ebay.)
