Just horrible
2 of 2 found this helpful As a serious Gentle Giant fan, and one who was at this 1975 Santa Monica, CA concert, I was thrilled at the possibility of a recording of the show, and seriously disappointed with the disc when it arrived. The sound is muddy, with little high-frequency being heard, and there is no audience sound, either. If this is genuinely from that show, my guess is that someone had a recording device in a coat pocket during sound check. DO NOT BUY THIS

great "madrigal" rock!
if you like this sort of thing, you will really like this! I was glad to replaced my aged vinyl copy with a noise-free CD, and the bonus factors with this package were, well, a bonus!
