EVGA power supply caught fire nearly burning my house.

The EVGA 550 B5 power supply shorted-out and the computer caught fire. The computer was a total loss and there was extensive smoke damage. Los Angeles County Fire Inspectors identified the fire source from the EVGA power supply. The Insurance estimate to repair the smoke damage is in excess of $15-20K. Had I not been home, my home would have burned to the ground.
