1 of 1 found this helpful I have clicked the pictures just after receiving and opening the package. There were hair strands inside it and as you can see the look is very greasy and oily as it has already been used. The greasiness can be seen on other areas. The tool kit was already open with broken zip.
It was a real disappointment. have returned this product..
