Thermos Thermocafe Stainless Steel Flask

Great flask at a great price

Absolutely fantastic in style and design. Really nice compact size of 1lte ( other sizes available) Really like the fact that it uses the modern Loren to pour cap. Most of the newer style caps have a useless pop up cap that either leaks, pops off or just pours badly. This system you just unscrew the lid by two to three twists and pour from the lid side marked by arrows (much more hygienic than pouring through rubber ring) Super easy to clean and keeps the fluids hot or cold really efficiently. If you want the temperature to last then do the following.... For a hot drink preheat the flask with hot water while you make up your drink then empty and fill with your hot drink. This way it will stay hot for at least 8 hours. For cold just put cold water and ice in then empty and add cold drink and some ice. I found the chrome outer to be a finger print magnet but this was solved by a tiny dab of cooking oil on a cloth and wiping it down. No more fingerprints. Conclusion Great piece of kit at a great price that really works. Go buy one 10/10

Professional item that works instantly

Excellent product for soothing tired and irritated eyes. Simply spray 1 to 2 times on eyelashes (with eyes closed) and blink a few times after application. It may sting very slightly for a few seconds as the lipids drop of your lashes onto your eye but its coating your eye with a protective layer and it is quite normal for it to sting for about 3 seconds as it enters the eye. It is not recommended to spray on open eyes as it will sting for about 30 seconds but it will have no ill effect. The spray shot lasts around four hours so a reapplication may be required later in the day. I find this product great for if you have been on the computer or watching TV for a few hours and your are are not blinking (this cures dry eye in seconds) I also like the fact that it is a spray bottle making it quite sterile so others may use the same bottle as long as the nozzle is not being touched. The life expectancy of the product is around 6 months after you open it and should be discarded after that time of opening. Shelf life is normally around 2 years before opening (much better than eye wash). Some people may have a slight reaction to this product (as with all products) so I recommend you spray 1 eye once (on closed eye) then wait 15 seconds before opening eye. If you have not had a reaction after 4 hours I would assume you are ok, but if you are reacting to it after 5 mins wash your eyes and face with cold water for 5 mins and discontinue use. All in all, a good product for most that seems a little expensive but it is worth the price

Great Bulb at a reasonable price

Excellent light output for such a small wattage bulb. I would say it would probably replace a 40w standard candle bulb without any issue. No flicker and great colour output whenn used on a standard switch. Be advised though, its not the bulbs fault but you need to be aware that this item will not work on most dimmer switches on its own, due to the low wattage. This is NOT a fault with the bulb, but with the dimmer not being able to work correctly with such a low wattage. If used in a light fitting with multiple bulbs totalling closer to 20w then that would work on most dimmers, so a 4-5 arm chandelier would be perfect. Some newer dimmers can cope with low wattage and come with a dummy load capacitor to help with flicker/load. Conclusion: Great little item at a great price, go and buy one!
