Best cooker ever.
Best pressure cooker I've ever owned,and I've had a number of them,aluminum and stainless steel.
I have the smaller size of these cookers and another of the 7.4L size. The center lid handle makes it easier to handle than a skillet type handle,although it also has a pair of side handles. The steam release on the center handle makes it easy to check to see if pressure is present as well as unlocking the positive lid lock pin. The many safety features are a big plus on the cooker. The steam weight has spring clips to hold it in place when the lid is inverted,while making it easy to remove for cleaning. The stainless construction makes it easy to keep clean. Only downside,if I'd call it a downside,is the seal gasket can be put in upside down,but will only seal if installed correct side up. If it doesn't build pressure,it's upside down.
I've had my first one of these cookers for over 10 years,with almost weekly use and it's still as good as new,so durability is a given. Worth every penny,as it's a lifetime purchase.

Many features.
Too complicated to set all the perimeters to get it to record. I put it in the closet and bought a Zosi brand DVR.

Professional grade marker
1 of 1 found this helpful This paint marker is just like the ones used by salvage yards under hard use by the workers. It is refillable and tip is all metal and should hold up to repeated use.
