LCD TV/DVD combo a great value
Reasonably good resolution - excellent feature-set. Don't like the fixed position base/stand but it's not a big deal. Full compliment of inputs. Perfect size for a bedrrom TV and the built-in DVD player means no extra equipment taking up space and no extra tangle of wires. A great buy for the money.

Crucial MX100 512GB SSD - Good Vakue
1 of 1 found this helpful These units have been replaced by a more current version and seem to be readily available. I use them in a portable external docking station and they are plug-n-play. Both drives initialized as expected under Windows 10 and formatted properly with no bad sectors (can SSD drives even have bad sectors?). They perform very well with my USB 3.0 connection to the dock. Prices on SSDs are coming down rapidaly, but at the time I purchased these (two) it saved me $15-$20 each over the cost of the MX300 or other comparable drives.

Inexpensive, good looking ceramic heating solution for heating small rooms.
Ceramic heaters, with their built in fan, heat the air in the room - not just the surface of the area they are pointed at the way radiant heaters do. This make them a great choice for keeping a small to medium size room warm when you have the heat turned down in the rest of the house. Perfect for a home office, play room, etc. For a bedroom, I prefer an oil filled heater that works with the convection current created when they are in use - because they are noiseless (no fan). But they take a bit longer to warm up - and cool down. For my home office, I really appreciate being able to use this Delonghi Digital Ceramic Tower heater with the remote control. I can quickly adjust the temperature and power settings - or just turn the fan on. It's very convenient to use and looks nice in the room. The three power settings allow me to bring a room up to temperature quickly and then use the ECO setting (or the low setting) to reduce energy use.
Note: ALL electric heaters that operate at a max of 1500 watts produce the same heat output: 5102 BTUs. So if they all produce the same heat, then you know to look for the 'features' and type of heat you want when shopping for a room heater. You pay more for features like digital temperature readouts and controls, remotes, oscillating units, etc. Buy only what you need. This Delonghi is an excellent inexpensive room heater with a lot of features for the money.
