Great way to get more out of the CAMEO
1 of 1 found this helpful This deep cut blade is meant for the Silhouette Curio, but it fits perfectly in the Cameo and can be used to cut materials up to 2 mm thick. There are two main differences when using this compared to the normal Cameo blade:
1. To adjust the blade, you turn the cylinder of the blade itself. There are two rows of numbers, and the color(s) you can see next to the blade indicate which number you are on (this will make more sense once you look at the instructions).
2. To cut thicker materials in the Cameo, you can only use the portion of the mat in between the two rollers.
I was able to cut craft foam using the deep cut blade on my Cameo. It took a little trial and error, but in the end I was able to cut 5-inch state outlines with amazing detail! Get this blade if you're a Curio, Cameo, or Portrait user and you want to be able to cut thicker materials! You won't regret it.

Perfect for curing UV resin
3 of 3 found this helpful I purchased this LED UV lamp to cure UV resin for my craft projects. This light is perfect for that because I can just set it down on top of whatever charm I'm working on instead of having to transfer the object from my working surface to a tray like I would have to with other lamps.
The single button cycles through the three "on" settings (1 min, 2 min, continuous) and off. When turning on the lamp it goes to the last setting used, so if you only need the 120 second setting you will only have to press the button once each time, which is convenient. I would have paid a few extra dollars to be able to set a custom time since the UV resin takes about 20 minutes to fully cure.
I have also used this lamp for UV cure gel nail polish without a problem.
The one star comes off because the USB cable is a little short. If I use a wall plug (not included), it doesn't reach from the power strip on the floor to my table top. If you're using a laptop or other USB plug on your table you should be fine.
