  The buyer is a lousy crybaby. My listing said used right on the description. It works practically better than a new one and the price I gave them was a steal, not to be matched. Then in trying to pacify them and avoid the return of a heavy item that I listed with free shipping to boot and was a good as new USED item....(also what they knew they was getting).I offered 50% refund because In poor judgement I used stock photos for the item( a tool) because I wasn't around it at the time of listing.
