Expect Product to be as claimed.
I have not installed this because the other cartridge has not yet expired. However, the package was undisturbed and the expiration date had not yet pasted. Therefore, I have to reason to suspect that it will fail when finally put to use. The price was significantly less that at an big box office store.

Works!
I'm using this as a headlight-on warning for my 1959 MGA. It is less annoying that the buzzers. It is still on the loud-side. Although it is supposed to work down to 6V DC. I didn't notice any difference in volume at 12, 9 or 6 volts DC.

It works.
It's been installed a couple of weeks and there has been no problem. The UPS that I installed it in, seems to like it just fine. Of course the test is the longevity, but will be beyond the scope of this review.
