Just what I needed
These are exactly what I've been looking for. 3mm is pretty small, but when you're working with rings and bracelets and charms, the letters need to be small.

Worth it
It works just like a piercing gun should. I only rat it 4 stars because the earrings that came with the gun came on a thin piece of foam that didn't hold them in place and they all came out of it in shipping. Not missing any though. I do think the pointed tips could be a little sharper too.
