Communication was good but I couldn’t convince there engineering department that they were wrong about the bike rack, even when I sent them pictures. They finally sent me the correct rack and replacement broken parts. Great seller but their engineering department… not so much!

The sell made arrangements for all damaged and missing parts to be replaced. All parts have arrived and complete.
