Indispensable Inner Tube Tire Replacement Tool
In the end, I was able to successfully repair a 12" electric scooter tire. Was not willing to attempt to use the screw driver and the crowbar to put a tire back on with a fresh inner tube in the way. Would have been way easier if I was working with spokes versus a die-cast rim. I might have tried to torque a pair of them down with a short bungie cord, because they make me what to have more arms for the job, but that might cause a bit of a bow and arrow pointing at your face scenario... you'll see what I mean.
