Item arrived very late, probably due to USPS inefficiencies and bad weather; it was untrackable/“in transit” for 8 days but fortunately reappeared and was delivered after 15 days. It was missing a piece- the guiding block- that was not mentioned in the description (missing wheel guide was mentioned) and which is integral to its safe and normal function. The seller credited me for the cost of replacement of the piece (which was inexpensive)- so all worked out in the end👍🏻

I have yet to receive my purchase. The seller seems content to blame it on the post office and not take any proactive steps. It’s been three weeks and the package has been sitting at the USPS GA location for two weeks. I’ve reached out to USPS - nothing. The seller won’t do anything and hasn’t even offered an apology. They took my money but accept ZERO responsibility for trying to make it right. Not their problem. Will NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES!

This seller is a LIAR, bottom line. The item I ordered had MISSING parts and RUST, neither of which was MENTIONED in the DESCRIPTION . When I asked for a partial refund to buy the missing parts and tools necessary to rid of the rust they AGREED and NEVER sent the partial refund. I am sending the item back because I REFUSE to support a LIARS business and you SHOULDN’T either. DO NOT FO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER.
