Works Great

I take 2 in the morning and another 2 at bedtime if my knee is in pain , I have used other brands without the black pepper extract they didn't work as well or as long !!! Will be reordering again a friend told me about this brand so it has a good track record !!!

Yes great product and the shipping is extremely fast in California only a few day's !!!

Yes, it makes my life bearable less hip pain and knee pain! I found that taking 2 Caps in the morning with my 2 Turmeric Caps and 2 Ty 650 mg (over the counter) gets me thru the entire day, some times at bedtime I will take 1 Boswellia and 1 Turmeric if I have had a active day and have pain at bedtime! I work full time and stand on my feet and moving all day long!
