Great greaseless get that works
Been using this gel for some time now, seems to help reduce swelling in my knees and neck.
Have several different types of gels that I use for various parts of my body. This seems to
be my go to gel most of the time.

Worth the Price
Since there are no current hardback or paperback books on the subject her book is one of the best
written decades ago. Lots of yummy recipes and loads of tips and most important a "Dictionary of Foods and Techniques which is why I give this book a 5 star.
Also, most microwaves have higher wattages these days so one has to do a little conversion but they are available on the internet.

Homeopathic ointment that delivers
Had used this product off and on for years. Anyway, recently suffered severe muscle spasms in lower back from injury. Remembered how it had helped in past years. The ointment
provides anti-inflammatory & analgesic benefits. Helped immensely with the spasms.
Also, no menthol smell to it and it is absorbed into the skin quickly.
