Same as what you see in the pictures
I wish that they would've included installation instructions. I found out too late (from various YouTube videos), after installing, that the instructions are found only on this page. Plus, I don't believe it is made from genuine leather, more like pleather. Other than that, not bad for the price. It really does look good on my car. I would recommend this product, but just know that you do get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for.
Pros: low cost, can be used outside of the pool
Cons: not enough light for large pools, small size
It did not light up my pool at night very well, super disappointed. :-/

Aesthetically pleasing, insufficient quality.
The plastic sides fall off from each other. And if you have big shoes (i.e. boots), the shoe rack is more likely to fall apart and it will not hold all 36 pairs of shoes.
