Instant Classic
4 of 4 found this helpful Actually, this Armani Code is now my favorite everyday cologne. It's perfect, not too strong or pungent; intriguing. Unique but not unfamiliar. It also lasts all day, and doesn't leave behind that synthetic, chemical smell like so many others when they fade after a few hours. I had sampled it once at the store and passed, but I didn't give it a chance. The initial nose is somewhat ordinary, but the drydown is the true essence. I can't say precisely what it smells like, my sense of smell isn't that well trained, but also it isn't quite like anything else. It just smells good, and it's the kind of smell that you want to smell again after the first whiff. Just give it 15 or 20 minutes to shift. Definitely well worth the price I paid!

Rich and sensuous...instant fave!
I love the stuff! I haven't gotten compliments but tbh I never ever get compliments on cologne unless I'm wearing something totally generic and one-dimensional. Draw your own conclusions from that! But another secret is I wear them as much for my own personal reasons: I like to smell good, it makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable with myself, less self-conscious. So I'm not wearing something I don't like even if other people do! But this is my new favorite! First time I smelled it I thought it was a little overbearing and too sweet. But that's just the top notes. You have to wait for the dry-down. The base notes are warm and soft and I smell the tonka bean and amber most prominently. While it depends on chemistry, this stuff lasts a long time on me, which is very important to me. So if you like orientals, if you like something warm and comfortable, not harsh or astringent; chocolate, cardamom, tonka, amber.

Light, durable, and sound great!
These are my standby headphones. I'm on my third pair (only because I lost the first two). Unless I can't get these, I won't buy another headphone. There are headphones that have better sound, but they're all heavy, clunky, too tight (headache!), and they always break, especially the ones with the swivel. They're cheaply made. I found these when looking for a pair that weren't going to break and loved them. Also I often wear them to bed because music drowns out neighbor noise and helps me fall asleep (years if conditioning). These can be worn with my head buried in pillow without being uncomfortable. The sound isn't the best around but it's pretty good, solid range and nice amount of bass. I listen to bass-heavy music so that is important. I had the first pair for over one year and they never broke or wore out. If you're tired of replacing headphones every 3 months when they break, try these.
