Great value/quality for genuine Japanese detachable kitchen scissors
Manufactured in Seki city, the "City of Steel", also famous for the Seki Edge nail clippers, the Kanetsune scissors have a great value/quality for a Japanese product (most detachable Japanese scissors I found online are pretty expensive).
It has the right size (I hate big/bulky kitchen scissors), a smooth cut and it's detachable: finally I can wash and dry scissors painlessly, as I do with other utensils such as forks, spoons and knives.
