Not good for emulsifications
I sure these would work great for sausage but I bought them to do hot dog meat emulsification and it did not work at all, meat leaked out of the connection with the tube and the base. And the lamb casing which calls for a 1/2" diameter would not go over the smallest tube so I would say go the extra money and but the metal stuffing tubes, Sorry
