  Shipping: comparatively high but going rate Packaging: The book came thoughtfully packaged in a plastic sleeve sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard in a paper padded box. As described: The book received was true to the photos. There was more aging discoloration to the cover than the photos could pick up, so I wouldn’t call this “like new” condition, but it is in very good condition for the age. A bit musty smelling. Value: A little high at around $10 total, but it was a hard find.
