Good product. I would prefer having a brighter screen.
Thermostat has many advanced features such as ability to adjust the "swing" setting, that is, the temperature difference between the heating or cooling turning on, and turning off – from 0.25 degrees F to 2.25 degrees you can also adjust the number of degrees of offset between the primary and secondary heating stage, as well as the calibration of the temperature sensor. T
he menu and operating system are very well thought out and organized. The user manual is extremely well written both in regard to how to install the thermostat and how to use it. Very clear, and very complete. The thermostat functions quite well. The touch screen has fairly large characters, they are crisp and clear – perhaps you may not need your reading glasses to read it! However one "glaring" shortcoming that I found – perhaps "dimming" shortcoming might a better word – was the level of screen brightness. It is not bright enough for my aged eyes to see – not without the backlight, not with the backlight. And the brightness is not adjustable. The dimness of the screen makes using it a struggle. Many of the electronic products that I own, that have similar LCD screens, are much brighter. Otherwise I think this is a great product.

Better leak protection.
For pullups, better protections against leaks around the legs than other brands I've tried. Still can leak around the waistband.

Good value.
The tool has a very elegant design, and the execution of the design, the construction of the tool, seems pretty good. Because the tool has double leverage the effort required to required properly attach the plug to the cable, is very low. Sandwiched between 2 layers of thick sheet metal, is lightweight, rugged nylon. Thus the parts that need strength are steel, and the parts that don't need as much rigid strength are very light in weight. The steel "mandrels" that are used to push down the pins into the plug seemed close to equal in length, but there was a bridge of hardened paint between 2 of the mandrels of the 8p8c crimper, that I had to remove, before the tool could be expected to work properly. Because of the size and location of the mandrels, it was tedious and time-consuming to remove the paint. There were also a few tiny pieces of debris between the mandrels of one of the other crimpers, that needed to be removed before the tool would function properly. There was a little bit of corrosion under the paint, in one handle, a slight cosmetic flaw.
