Good regulator for the money
I bought this for a homemade forge. Works great. Although, you do have to turn it the opposite way than you would think to. Left to close, right to open? Weird choice but it doesn't really matter

Good but has a binding issue
The hard cover is nice and provides a good protection for the pages. However, every so often the binding will act weird and constrict the page you're drawing on to the right or left. If you try to fix it you'll probably end up tearing out the page. It's good, but not great. I rate it a 3/5, it's alright but the binding issue prevents it from a higher rating.
