Ignore the bright LED and enjoy the deal and quality Whistler.

I replaced an older Whistler with this unit as the volume went out on the old one. This unit works much the same way as the older unit but it is alot louder. The only negative I have about this unit is that the LED is a little too bright and it did take some getting used to. Now I pay little attention to the light and I have been using the new Whistler for over a month. For the price, I would recommend this radar detector.

Filter seems good for the price but bring in the original box would have been perfect.

Perfect fit. Just what I wanted. My only draw back was the filter was not in it's own box to protect it especially in shipment.

A great gift and well worth the money.

Now my Grandson can help dad in the yard and look just like him. He uses this from th time he gets up in the morning until it it time to go to bed. His mother told us that he wanted to take it to bed with him. A great gift and well worth the money.
