magnifiemt device with atrocious instructions

I needed the noise cancelling function more than anything else. My doctor explained that even if my hearing ability is diminished my feeling of pain when excess noise occurs is still there. It has improved my comfort immensely. The instructions that come with it, and even the websites and utube explanations of how to use it still left me with a great deal of trial and error before I could make it function properly. I already have bluetooth capability with my rather good hearing aids, but when the headphones bluetooth connection usurped my hearing aid connection the result was rather good quality radio or music

Excellent device. Atrocious instructions.

It is a magnificent device. BUT: There were loose parts that had to be reassembled and no diagram for assembly. The instructions appear to have been translated into English by a defective program. It works beautifully and does not generate noise. When it is on there is a blue light that I think is pretty, but I have to block it with black tape so it won't disturb my spouse. Also included is an entertaining program of varying lights for which I have no use. I just do not use it.
