Buyer did not provide any evidence of this alleged flaw, when asked. I advised they contact the product manufacturer and buyer was upset and expected me to come up with a screw sight unseen. they also stated it was "lightweight" as if they did not read the product description before purchase

Hemp Pain Relief Cream
Was using Penetrex and Blue Emu which helped a little but the Hemp Cream helps
more on my knee pain.
