CTS pots seem to be as good as any. I researched brands before buying.

Fixed my gas mixing with oil and white smoke Works great
My B&S 31c707 3346g1 (17.5h.p.) sent out bellows of white smoke and mixed gas with the oil. Tried to clean out my NIKKI 795366 but broke off the fast idle jet trying to remove the limit cap. (don`t even try) Decided to replace the carb with a aftermarket one .Didn`t want to sink money on a OEM not knowing if this was the problem. The new carb was a perfect fit. Installed a in line.cut off valve and a gas filter to be on the safe side. Changed oil again. Cranked right up in 2 seconds !!! Burnt off a little oil in the muffler. Then NO SMOKE at all.and it EVEN IDLED !!!.(My old carb idled at about half throttle) I mowed the entire yard Twice. Runs perfect, no surges,no smoke, no gas in the oil..

Great electric chainsaw
This is a great chainsaw. Well built. Well balanced. The chain stops quickly when you release the trigger. I like the handle in that you can cut horizontally and vertically. A little hard to find the adjustment screw but other than that it seems to be well designed.
