Solid DVM Choice
1 of 1 found this helpful Older design DVM but still a solid bench-top performer. Arrived working correctly and within calibration. Excellent 4 wire ohms performance, good thermal stability. Newer color LED meters look prettier but the HP3478A is more likely to be working years from now.

Basic DMM with data port
Good basic digital meter. DMM accuracy is good. Voltage reads within 10 mV of a 5 volt standard.
Serial data link is reliable. The supplied SW is worthless for Windows 10 or higher. Arduino C code on GitHub is available to decode the TP4000’s serial data. With that, the TP4000 is a useful data logging DMM.
