Great machine for moderate exercises at home
I bought this machine due to the pandemic closing down all the gyms. I work out moderately (maybe 3-4 times a week) and found that this machine works great for most things. I'm able to get good chest, back, arm, and core workouts using examples I've found online for using the Total Gym. For people with already strong legs, you may want to be an additional weight bar and weights that can attach to the slide board; one-legged squats and calf raises aren't challenging even on the highest setting for this machine. Using the added wing attachments works great for leg curls though. The included leg pull accessories could be better; the factory rope is pretty chintzy, and the ankle cuff doesn't like to stay in place if you're using it for leg extension exercises.
Overall, I'd definitely still recommend it with the caveat that you may want to buy a few additional accessories to get the most out of the machine.

Mounting screw breaks even with correct torque
1 of 2 found this helpful I have had two mounting screws for the rear sight break, one after firing 10 rounds on a 308AR and one during installation. Both times I installed using a torque driver set to 35 in/lbs.
