Nice Camera in need of charge cord

Nice, very nice, very 'petite' camera BUT no power cord to charge battery. I did not comprehend the need to extract the battery to charge it every time electrons are needed. (My Bad) Discouraging.

Solid looking replacement for older flip phone

Nice looking. Supposed to come with a manual but not. Verizon wanted $33 to program each but upon insistence she waived it. Battery or Battery connections failed in one day for one unit of two we bought. swapped batteries and the one came back to life. jiggled and the other battery claimed to come back to being charged. New experience. Not certain. Hopefully a momentary glitch and the unit will work for years and years like it's predecessor

Difficult to set up; scanner software counterintuitive; all in all a good buy

There is third party software involved with the scan & document management. There was nothing to warn me nor tell if there were choices between Brother and the other software. (I am still trying to figure it out.) I know the days of instruction books are long gone however a page or four of overview and 'be ready for this problem' would have helped. A week into it and I almost have an idea of how the controls operate. The scanner software is less intuitive and usable than the old Cannon grade I was hoping for but nothing major for 'buyer's remorse' at this time.
