Pro Smart Slicer is easy to use
I first saw this kitchen gadget during a live demonstration at our local HEB grocery store. It seemed like an amazing tool, but it was retailing for $40. I found it for much less on Ebay, and have now used it for a couple weeks. It works well, but you must watch the sharp edges. When you cut, you can't go slowly, it must be firm, deliberate strokes. Also, if your vegetable or fruit is soft (over-ripe) it will not perform well.
Overall, a great tool and worth the money if you don't pay retail.
