Mask good for those who need a smaller size.
I use the masks as I am very sensitive to indoor mold in buildings. I like these because they fit a smaller size head/face.

Breaking the Vicious Cycle
This is an excellent, easy to read and easy to understand book. Written by a woman who worked closely with Dr. Haas and devoted her life to making this information possible to anyone who wants to read it. It clarifies some of the minconceptions and misinformation that's being provided, even by the medical community about CELIAC disease and other intestinal disorders. But most of all, it provides hope for true healing. The only shortcoming seems to me to be the lack of emphasis or clarification of how the diet must be done in stages. This is presented on a website that shares information about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, but is aimed at helping children with Autism: www.pecanbread.com The stages of the diet are made more clear there. The book does contain a great list of references in the back and websites for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet.

Delonghi AC 150 very quiet
1 of 1 found this helpful After having used a different brand of HEPA that was purchased many years ago, I am pleased that this one is so quiet, for a comparable size of air cleaning space. I haven't used the timer, and likely won't, but like that there is a sensor to indicate the current air quality and another to indicate when the filter needs changed.
