set in full basement..unit plumbed in to overhead drain line..auto restart works great as any tiny glich in REA electricity will kill electronic controls...only issue issue was understanding manual on how to set timer...i wanted it to be continuous on controlled by humidistat setting....i intend to buy another from same seller...well packed/fast shipped......
