Good value - does the job

Does the job but rather pricey
2 of 2 found this helpful Basically does the job. It took a while for the birds to work things out after it appeared around their feeder. Squirrels can rock it about to get at seeds dropped into the base. The top could be designed better to be a tighter fit around the hanger of the feeder so that it doesn't slop around from side to side when a squirrel clambers on it - maybe they will give up eventually. You need a long armed hook to hang it on because of the size.
You need to ensure when assembling the two halves that the wire spigots on one half properly engage with the two 'sockets' on the other. Not immediately obvious given the lack of instructions.
It is expensive for what it is in my opinion.
