Perfect ride plate for bigger rider looking for stability at slow speeds and rock solid feel at wide open.
Fast shipping, perfect fit, sleek look. My 2014 SJ has all the basics: head, b-pipe, pump cone,footholds, lightened flywheel,RRP handle pole, filters, and previously the D-cut ride plate. I wasnt fighting proposing but as an older rider with a not so small waste line i found the D-cutout really made getting up on plane a pain when tired and in deep water. Super slow speed while standing in the no wake zone was impossible. With this ride plate i can stop, do a tail stand, blip the throttle and be back on plane with ease. Reminded me of riding when i was younger and in much better shape. I could ride in the no wake zone standing and go so slow i made almost no wake. It really let me practice my balance without the back of the ski sinking like the previous plate did. For a rider like me that likes to ride long distances, carve a bit, and check my top speed now and then, this is a great ride plate. Its not a freestyle plate and not advertised as one but if you want stability at all speeds youll love this plate. Not to mention it drops some weight off the back of the ski but i replaced the weight with me...
