Way too early to tell
0 of 1 found this helpful You have to wait until the barley starts to decompose before it will even attempt to do anything to control the algae.
So why would you even ask me if I like the product if it hasn't had time to do what it supposed to do.
Maybe you should wait a couple months for you ask for a review.

It works for me
I just put together an entertainment room with a bar. I wanted to include some bar lighting. The clock fits into the theme of the room and has the added ambient Bar lighting. It looks nice where I hung it behind the bar.
The piece itself is made out of plastic and cardboard but serves its purpose. To turn the light on, you have to reach behind it and push a switch. It would have been nice to have a little pull chain come from the bottom so that it would be easy to turn the light on and off. As long as you have to plug it in for the light the clock should have also run off of electricity and have the batteries as backup in case of power loss.
I am not complaining, I knew what I was buying but you also asked me to give a review of the product and that is what I did.
