Works as designed

Original only lasted a year. This one is exactly as pictured. Had to bend the contacts slightly up to connect the wires. The light it shines is NOT bright at all. With the door closed and microwave running, the food cannot be seen through the door, but this is because of poor design by the microwave manufacturer, Panasonic Model #NN-SN615W
