Excellent book & fast, fast delivery
I wasn't really sure what to expect but this book was in much better condition than described and the information in it is exactly what anyone wanting to learn to make very good sauces. Not quick and easy sauces but the good ones that take time and dedication. I couldn't believe how fast they got it to me.

Why spend $100?
Once I received the thermometer I had to try it out. I smoke a lot of meats and that it what I bought it for. It gave me an accurate reading from anywhere between 6 - 8 seconds. There are a couple other thermometers on the market that looks like the Palermo who say they can give an accurate reading in 4-5 seconds, and sell for $99. + shipping and handling. Two or three seconds is not a big deal so why spend the extra $72.00 +? . The Palermo fits nicely in my hand and the thermometer is 4 3/4 inches long. That's more than enough to reach inside my smoker to get a temperature.
If I had to say anything 'bad' about the thermometer I guess I would have to say the body is made from plastic so I hope it holds up and does not break. I would definitely recommend this thermometer.

Hand Chainsaw
1 of 1 found this helpful This hand chainsaw is better quality than I expected. I tried it out and it definitely cuts through branches better than those stainless steel cable kind. I'm going to order a few more to have on hand and to give to a couple of my friends. The are well worth the money I paid for them. I don't have a problem recommending this product to anyone looking for a good survival handsaw like this. I was not disappointed.
