fast, happy, will buy again
very informative, has fungi descriptions and then recipes once you harvest them, I have not had a chance to use this book yet, but am sure that it will be very helpful. I particularly like the part about when to pick different ones, seems I'm missing out on some harvests! Other years, me and my family would go mushrooming along with our deer and elk hunts in the fall. As we archery hunted we looked along cobbled, gravelly roads and under tres when we really should have been looking for deer, insteed. Fresh are so wonderful and really a huge treat to have along with deer steaks and on hamburgers and to just savor the smell while they are cooking.
