Good but not great until users stop being frustrated with bluetooth issue

Bought two tablets this was my Christmas gift and purchased one for my spouse..she wanted the ACER 10.1 both are very similar and perform well on demand. Only issue with both tablets are the bluetooth connections. Leaves much to desire. They both pair but are not connected, I am still unable to use them with bluetooth technology.
