Great product for dry skin.
Started using this about two months ago, and it has done wonders for my dry sensitive skin. It is much more hydrated and smooth. It does have a slight smell, but it dissipates very quickly. I would recommend.

Good for Beginners
6 of 6 found this helpful I decided to buy this DVD because I was debating on buying the Fluidity bar and DVD's then I heard that Fluidity and The Bar Method Body are based off of The Lotte Berk Method. I thought I would save myself a little money by going with these first to see if I would like the type of exercise that is involved. I do like the exercises, and I definitely feel them working. My muscles are sore, and I can see them changing after just seven workouts.
This DVD is okay if you are a beginner. If you are used to working out hard and at your own pace, this DVD is hard to adjust to. The instructor gives good and detailed information, but it is very repetitive and very slow moving. I find myself doing the movements at my own pace and then fast forwarding the DVD to catch up to me. The instructor also jumps around in the counts of the movements. She will say "Okay only one more" then she will do another set. She will say "We are going to do five" then she will get up to five and then go to six and say "We are going for ten here."
The DVD does include two background people that do the movements at a beginner and advanced rate (the instructor works at an intermediate rate), so if you move quickly you do have something to work up to. There is also a bonus ten minute workout at the end.
One of the most frustrating things about this DVD and others in the set, is that you cannot fast forward through the lengthy advertisement at the beginning. You are forced to sit through it each and every time you pop the DVD in. It does have chapters, but in order to get to the chapter menu, you have to sit through the advertisement.

You Will Get Sore Buns!

I find myself doing the movements at my own pace and then fast forwarding the DVD to catch up to me. The instructor messes up in couting a few times. She completely misses ten slow exercises of one leg, so you don't get a warm up of that leg. She jumps right into doing two sets of 30.
