The Toughest,Most Dependable Amp I have used,True Power
I have a couple of these amps now. all from the mid-late 80's. The amps with the aluminum front plates and Vents on the side and top of the amp case (not the front)
I have one that had been sitting in a barn for a while and when I got it I found all sorts of debris collected in the case. I cleaned and lubed fan and bearings blew out and wiped out all debris, Cleaned the Pots and connectors with electrical cleaner and lube and it fired up and has worked flawlessly and it actually puts out the power Peavey advertises( I have had other manufacturers larger rated amps that put out no where near the clean wattage this does)
The second one I got is a true testimony to the high quality of material and workmanship peavey put into this units, This one looked as if it had spend a few years visiting the Titanic, It had Rust on everything, sludge/silt about 1/2-3/4" think in the case on the fan and all the wiring.
I took it apart, greased and cleaned the fan and wiped, brushed,blew out the case and all the wiring, Flushed the Pots well with the same Electrical cleaner used on other amp.
I was not expecting amp to work very well and planned on rebuilding/replacing bad components, To my suprise It turned on and the pots are silent not a scratch one, It has been running a 15" LF speaker every since with not even a hint of struggle. (Does not even feel very warm when running).
I have found the X-Over feature to come in very handy, plus the versatility in wiring options plus true clean power makes this amp absolutely awesome.
The fact that these are still working is proof of the quality, the fact that you can find these for sale for what I consider to be rediculously low prices makes this my #1 amp I will be using and ever plan to use on everything from my personal home stereo all the way up to my Quad-Amped and above PA system.
The only drawback is these things are tanks, They weigh about 70# each and they do require alot of power when you are pushing the upper end in wattage.
I consider that a nonpoint as I am still amazed at how these amps work as if I had just purchased them new and installed them straight out of the factory boxes.

Excellent CD by Bride, A must for Bride fans.
Great CD shows two sides of a very talented band. Has great rocking songs with extreme range in vocals. Also shows a more bluesy side of the band with great lyrical content. I had this CD back when it first came out and decided to replace all my missing cd's from my collection,this is a must have cd for a bride collection. I would say this is my second favorite album following closely behind "Silence Is Madness".

Great performance at even greater price.
I am just amazed at how well it keeps the i7-10700K CPU cool even after setting all 8 cores to run a 5.1 Ghz and realizing the cpu is running at a higher voltage and a much higher wattage then a non K model would be. The ease of install and use of iCue is also a huge plus.
