Excellent aftermarket option for Marshall amps
I got this for my old Marshall MG100DFX. Never had the pedal for it... the guy who sold it to me had lost it. I always used in-line effects so it was never a huge deal, but I always liked the sound of the overdrive channel, so I did some research into a switching pedal and found this. I was a little worried with it being aftermarket and all, but at twenty bucks I figured it was worth the risk.
I'm really happy with this. Since I never had the original I don't know how it compares, but it's got sturdy, all-metal construction, the paint is shiny and high-quality, both switches do what they're supposed to do, and it works great. No compatibility issues and it's a joy to use. If you've got an old Marshall that needs a footswitch (and that this is compatible with), it is definitely worth the money.

A bit smaller than I expected, but still worth the weight
1 of 1 found this helpful It's smaller than I anticipated it would be, but it still works great and is easy to grip and use despite its size. Heck, the size might actually help in some situations, so I really can't complain. Plus it was so inexpensive that I honestly would have been stupid NOT to pick this one up.

Surprisingly well built
I was a little worried when I bought this that it would be a creaky kind of cheap little thing--after all, it was so inexpensive. But no, it's really substantial, feels incredibly durable and has a really nice weight to it. It's beautifully portable, and tons of fun to play. I saw some complaints that the keys were a little stiff, but that honestly hasn't been an issue for me... It feels fine for my heavy hands. My only complaint is the pitch shift buttons--there's no slide at all to the sound, which kind of defeats the purpose (if that's all it's going to do, why not just play another note?). It's one of those cases where a wheel would. Have been better, but oh well. It's forgivable in light of everything else. A great value, I highly recommend this.
