It's a good bluetooth headset for the price
I use this as a backup. I currently also own a Jawbone Icon. The sound is a little lower compare to my Icon, but the battery life is longer. Sound quality is acceptable. The only thing I don't like is the eargel makes my ear hurt after prolong use.

Other than normal usage, they are good for shooting colleagues or mean customers. When I get really bored, I'll use them to make rubber band balls.

There are better designs out there
The other brand I used only has a small screw on the side to "grip" instead of three, which I think it's not necessary.
