Given the price point ($70), it's great!
I bought it for a specific project for which it is functioning as expected. I'm not a fan of Dell per se, since I have had two very bad experiences with them. I will never buy one of their products new or pay full price. That said, given the nominal amount I paid ($70), for this used machine, it's working out great.

Great suction, not the best overall design
t's a good, medium sized vacuum that is light ands easy to use. It has god suction and does a great job pulling the dirt out. The negatives... It's top heavy, so it falls over easily, and you have to be careful where to set it, or it may fall over and dent or break something. Additional the seals within the tank area of the machine are not very tight. The idea you can easily dispose of the dirt in the tank, isn't quite true. You can dump it easy enough, but you be able to see a lot of dirt that has been sucked up beyond the holding tank, which requires that you disassemble the tank mechanism and cleaning it out with a portavac. Which doesn't really bother me - but there;'s no way anybody else in my family will do that Oh, and I own two of these, and they both behave the same way - so it's not just a fluke. I like it, and find it easy to use. But I sure wouldn't pay more than say $130 new. If you shop around you can get them for less.
