Keurig B40 Elite well worth it
Bought this model since it's heavily used at the office where I work, where two of these side by side have a steady stream of users every day. They have held up for years little maintenance. The item received worked out of the non-retail box, and very happy with it.
This Keurig K-cup brewer, like probably all of the Keurig K-cup brewers, has an internal kettle that, while the coffer maker is one, is filed with water and heated to brew temperatures. The only time you wait a few minutes for coffee when when you first power on the maker. The MR Coffee K-cup design always heats the water at the time a cup is brewed, so you always have to wait the time needed to heat the water instead of using some pre-heated from a reservoir. This Keurig has a shut-off timer option too. The reservoir makes a rumbling noise, like a kettle on a stove top, as it heats up. Sometimes I can vaguely hear it on a different level of the house, it gives this maker some character.

Stay in touch with your kids using your FRS radio
Clear communications using FM modulation with full quieting, no hiss, between broadcasts unlike the AM walkie talkies I had as a child. I'm able to communicate with my kids on these batman radios using my FRS radio on channel 5. Since the Batman radios only have one channel, there's no chance of my kids changing the channel and not being able to reach me if they need help. These have been used communicating with my inexpensive FRS radio to a range of 3 tenths of a mile through woods and uneven hill side terrain - very impressive. Battery use hasn't been a problem, they hold out enough not to be in the forefront of concerns, quite good.

Plug and play with Raspberry PI no problems
Works well, plug and play with Raspberry PI 3 B+
Have to remember to turn off the keyboard using switch on back when not in use.
