Foxwell NT630 ABS Airbag SRS Reset Tool OBD2 Code Scanner Diagnostic
8 of 8 found this helpful Bought this Foxwell NT-630 to reset a ABS and traction control lights on my dash. Replaced a wheel bearing on a 2007 Mazda 3 and the light came on. Assumed it was a speed sensor and replaced it, but the code wouldn't reset by disconnecting the battery. ABS is a separate system from the Check Engine Light that does not reset after disconnecting the battery. The Foxwell NT-630 was easy to use. Once connected to the car it turns on. Just follow the GUI to navigate through the screen. I went to ABS, then to Japan, then to Mazda. Highlighted the scan for problems and verified the code was due to a speed sensor which I replaced. Went back and then cleared the code and no more lights on the dash. Worth every penny of the $100 paid. Mazda wanted a $129 diagnostic fee even though I told them I replaced a wheel bearing and then replaced the speed sensor. May never need the tool again, but glad I have it just in case I get a check engine light or other code. Auto parts stores only will check the codes for Check Engine ODB2 and not ABS or SRS. If you have any questions after buying there are videos on YouTube that can be helpful, but as long as you are computer literate this tool is fairly easy to use.
